Shipments and Returns

We take special care in packaging your order to ensure it has a safe journey to your door. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of your order and are shipped via Expedited Parcel by Canada Post using our VentureOne Business account (giving you a pretty good discount with tracking and drop-off with or without signature.

We will call to confirm your order and give you the cost of shipping. Perfered method of payment for shipping is with credit card.

Shipping is free within Canada with orders total of $100.00 or more.

Shipping fees are calculated by size, weight and postal code. Packaging and handling fees are fixed at $2.00/order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We will gladly help you with any special orders or circumstances.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with a copy of the receipt from Canada Post including a tracking number.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).Styrian Gold reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Returns of unopened bottles and packages are within 30 days of delivery and all money refundable except for shipping and handling charges. 

If you find any defects in the products delivered to you please email or call us right away with the details. Or you can send us a message using our "contact us" page.

You will be asked to return the defective items by mail at our expence. Those items will be replaced by Styrian Gold at no cost to you.
